I have been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years and a teacher for 15 years. I am a certified Amrit Yoga instructor, which is a Hatha-Kundalini Yoga based practice. I love yoga and so appreciate all that a well-rounded yoga practice has to offer each of us on so many levels of the body, mind and spirit. I love to share this wonderful and fulfilling practice with others and help them to get the multitude of benefits from a steady and consistent practice.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In working with new students we first discuss their personal needs that brought them to yoga, if they have any illnesses or injuries that could effect their participation in a group class setting, and then decide on how best to proceed -- either with some individual or group lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Amrit Yoga Instructor, as well as an Ayurvedic practitioner of India's natural health, wellness and healing remedies. I studied Ayurveda at the Ayurvedic Institute in Alburuerque, NM, and received my yoga instructor certification at the Amrit Yoga Institute in Salt Springs, FL.
