About

Growing up, I have been playing football since the age of 5. When I first started, I was TERRIBLE!! My dad used to tell coaches, Do Not Give Evan the ball. He's not ready!

Most athletes start off this way. Sure some may have talent in their bloodline, but skills have to be developed over time. After my first season, my father spent countless hours talking to me about the game, watching the games and building my foundation.

The next year, we formed our own team and I was the QB. You see it's not impossible, but it will require work outside of the time your child is in practice in order to REALLY see improvements.

Over the years football has taken me further than I've ever imagined. From grade school to high school to landing in a D1 program, football owes me nothing. If anything, I owe the game!

Now as a former youth coach, I have taken a position as president of the league I grew up playing in. From my position now, I still have urges to work with young athletes hands on and since I'm not coaching, we birthed Offseason.

At Offseason we focus on improving the young athletes fundamentals, mindset and approach to competing. It is the culmination of decades of experience from Pee Wee Football to Divion 1 college football that we use to truly teach the athletes perspectives that will take them above the level of their peers.

We offer group sessions as well as individual workouts to assess the athletes strengths and areas of improvement. We like to start but understanding the athletes goals and previous experience to help shape them into the players they want to be. We've even started working with adults on their fitness journeys!

Along the way I have connected with like minded coaches who agree with this philosophy. These coaches are tough, they will push you, they will get on you when being lazy and constantly reminding them of their goals. With that said, Offseason is not for everyone.

We aspire to work with athletes who have something to fight for. As a player or parent maybe you or your child didn't see as much playing time as you'd like, maybe your season ended on a sour note, or even better, players who maybe have seen success but still understand there is a world of competition beyond their familiarity.

In all, the success we see amongst others athletes is not to be taken lightly. Many of them make it make it look easy, but there is tons of work that happens behind the scenes and that's what Offseason is about. The grinnnnnd! Nothing will be promised, everything will be earned!!!

Welcome to Offseason!

    Frequently asked questions

We first like to understand the athletes history in the sport. From there we will do some basic testing before setting S.M.A.R.T goals for that athlete as a way to measure progress,

All of our coaches have grown up playing the game all the way through college.  We have since then returned to the younger ages to teach what we've learned over the years.

we use that knowledge to educate our players and parents on what to expect on the journey!

After leaving my youth days, I would go back every summer and run a preseason camp. That has
