I graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, a very prestigious art school in Philadelphia, PA. It is a very difficult school to be accepted into and a great and expansive program, arguably one of the best. Between raw talent and an amazing education, I have plenty of experience and knowledge to share. I am particularly gifted at knowing how to help others improve their artistic skills, as I have a keen and trained eye. No rush and go with the flow with brushes thing. I'm very passionate lady, super creative, so, I not only enjoy painting, teaching others is literally what I need to feel alive.

I teach somewhat nontraditional art. I encourage creativity and self-expression in each student and the development of a personal style. It is my belief that this begins at a young age, and as I teach both children and adults we incorporate the basics of composition and color wrapped inside of each project. Most of the art lessons include either watercolor, colored pencils, pastel and occasionally some pencils and charcoal sketching. I participate in extensively in local juried art shows, and have been in three museums. I am also published in two books. I really love art and I think it contributes so much to life. We are documenting, creating and sharing art. Our focus began as Native-American and Latino art then we moved into all tyoes of interesting art and artists from the Southwest.
