Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with the Total Transformation Breakthrough call which allows the student and I to get to know each other and figure out if it's a good match to work together.
If it is a good fit, the student pays, and then receives her starter pack which includes materials and a questionnaire to prepare her (and me) for our first session.
Once I receive the starter pack and questionnaire back then we begin with our first session.
Sessions are usually held weekly, every 7 days Monday through Friday.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist as well as a 200 RYT yoga teacher. I am currently in the process of becoming dually certified as a health & life coach. I have been teaching and training for six (6) years and graduated with a undergrad degree in psychology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, packages are typically done in 90 day increments for a total of 12 coaching calls.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always loved figuring things out so my love for learning and growing began back in my undergrad days when I was studying psychology.
When I was (personal) training and teaching yoga I realized that there was SO much more going on for people than just their physical practice and so began getting interested in coaching.
As I did it more and more I realized how much I loved it and decided to go back and get fully certified in health & life coaching and now here I am today!
What types of students have you worked with?
Ambitious, creative females who have a drive to succeed but feel like they took a wrong turn somewhere. They are often very hard on themselves, critical and sometimes doubtful, even though they crave the absolute best. Often times they are unsure of their abilities or what they are actually capable of so the work that we do together allows them to see their strengths and remember their greatness.
By the time we're done working together, they have a deeper connection with themselves and their world. They have resounding confidence that allows them to be LIMITLESS and UNSTOPPABLE which means they can finally do all the things they've been secretly wanting to do. They know the real reason they were put on this Earth and how they're going to share their unique magic with the world.
They've released any of the bullshit that was holding them back in the past and they have the skills and know-how to be able to handle what comes at them in the future.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions .. and to step outside of your comfort zone. It'll be worth it!
