O-Line Training With Cyrus Kouandjio

I played 6 years in the NFL, and currently playing in the CFL. A little bit about my experience: #1 Offensive Tackle recruit out of High School (DeMatha Catholic,) won 2 College Football National Championships, consecutive, unanimous All-SEC and All-American, Outland Trophy Semifinalist (University of Alabama,) and I was drafted in the second round of the 2014 NFL draft (Buffalo Bills.) Throughout my career I have been known to have unique training techniques, but above all, I have worked incredibly hard to get to where I am today. My goal is to help the next generation of offensive lineman find the confidence, develop the skills, and learn the value of true hard work to achieve whatever dreams they put their minds to. My goal is to be as straight forward with my athletes as possible, work on identifying their weaknesses and correcting them, and pushing them to achieve their goals.
