What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Session are designed to meet the need and goals of the athlete.Training with me focuses on overall athletic development as wells a mental training techniques. Depending on the needs and goals of your athlete, will determine what we focus on. Development of overall agility, strength, speed techniques, and movement patterns specific to position will be major components of a training session with me. In addition to that I will develop you mental toughness by teaching athletes how to properly train their minds and consistently get into their competitive zone.
