I knew I wanted to be a trainer at the age of 15. I made it my reality at the age of 18 and made it my life. I've been a trainer since 1989 and have now owned 4 gyms over the years. I truly care about the people I get to work with. I want them to see and feel results....no matter what those may be.

I don't think there's anything more in life that I enjoy more than fitness. I love to workout as bodybuilding is a huge passion of mine and most importantly enjoy helping people reach their goals. Their isn't a better satisfaction in this world than having a client text you progress pictures and expressing how happy the are with their progress. That goes such a long way for me and only motivates me to become a better trainer. I've been personal training for about 2-3 years now. I've worked in a couple of local gyms as well as trained privately a little bit here and there. I attended Arizona State University and received my Bachelor's Degree...
