Getting people excited about improving and practicing.
By design and after decades of my own golfing evolution I believe your golf is and should be constructed on top of a sturdy foundation which is the understanding and execution of a good impact position. The good news is that everybody picks this up really quickly! The tricky part is that when the golf ball gets in front of us we all revert to wanting to hit at the ball. But that’s why you come to us to help you over that hump.
Bottom line, I teach all of my students is to get really good at impact (path, face direction, angle of approach and centered -ness of contact) starting with the mini-swings, putting and chipping, . As you get more consistent at these keys we’ll progressively have you hit the longer and longer clubs and distances checking on your impact positions and crossing this with our doppler radar and video system.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will have a chat about what your goals are and what your background is (eg athletics, fitness, time etc.).
We'll then do a short warm up with movements and then I'll show you the keys to what makes good impact on the golf ball. I'll then demonstarte them and then have you do these five simple actions without a golf ball and then eventually with golf balls. We'll measure how you're doing and in the session we'll work to help you understand how to get better including "take home" exercises that you can practice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a student of the game and have been for over forty years. I'm still an eager participant of seminars where the world's top instructors of golf and "how we learn" pros share their wisdom.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The introductory lesson is 90 minutes and is $175. In this time I can assess your physical capabilities along with your skills so I can create a 30-day practice routine for you.
I normally charge $175 an hour and offer monthly coaching programs depending on the golfer's budget and motivation.
What types of students have you worked with?
Hundreds if not thousands over 20 years.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a coach who is excited about what they do. You'll hear it in their voice. Also ask them about their philosophy of teaching the game.
