School and Oxford Academy—each of which was ranked #1 nationally by U.S. News & and World Report out of approximately 27,000 U.S. high schools during their respective ranking
periods. To the best of publicly available knowledge, he is the only teacher in the United
States to have taught at two different public high schools achieving this distinction.
During his teaching career, Mr. Blevins instructed several students who later achieved
national and international prominence, including Tiger Woods (professional golf), members
of the band No Doubt including Gwen Stefani (music), and other professional athletes and
performers. In all instances, his conduct remained professional, impartial, and consistent,
applying uniform academic standards without favoritism or personal gain.
In parallel with his academic and teaching career, Mr. Blevins is a highly skilled golfer and
independent analyst of the game. He is a scratch-level player and the founder of
AllGoodGolf.com, a golf analysis and instruction platform he has maintained for more than
