There're many music teachers and schools around but trust me - you want your child to be in Ivan's class. My daughter has been taking piano lessons with him since 2016 and to say that she tremendously improved her piano skills is one thing. There's so much more. My husband and I don't know much about music, but we always thought it's important for a child's development to play an instrument so we found her a piano teacher when she was 6. Unfortunately, she soon lost interest and would even say that she hated it. She stopped for a year and then our friends recommended Ivan's lessons. It was a turning point! She grew to love music - from hating to not-liking, to liking, to loving! Ivan seems to be diverse and approaches his students depending on their character. He's not just a great music teacher - he's like a psychologist too! I know I'm being wordy here but he deserves much more. If you're his student/a parent of his student, you know why you are in his class. Don't be shy, spread the word! Teachers like Ivan should be known.

I'm a 74 year old retired man. I have always loved acting but have had some minor challenges due to bad eye sight and I'm not that computer savvy. Jim helped me learn how to use an I-pad my grand daughter gave me to help me expand fonts to read scripts. Though I'm only doing this so far for a hobby, I can see huge improvement in my ability to memorize scripts and act convincingly. Jim encouraged me to audition for the community senior center's drama club. I couldn't believe it I got right in and enjoying meeting new people (I'm widowed). Jim has been a Godsend. I'm finding new joy and I'm enjoying seeing local theatre productions. I appreciate his kind, patient, and professional matter. Acting lessons with Jim is what got me through the horrible isolation during Covid quarantine. He is also incredibly knowledgable on health such as veganism, breathing/meditation and is encouraging me to get into a healthier lifestyle. My voice/sinuses improved after giving up dairy. I used to get chronic sinusitis. So I feel acting has been beneficial to my overall health. Though Jim is pricier than other teachers in the area... I believe you pay for what you get. The extra money I pay is well worth it. The two other acting coaches I used before Jim...were mediocre and treated me like an invalid. Jim continues to inspire me to be the best I can be in all areas of my life. I consider him a good friend and he is one of the best educators out there.

Melissa is a phenomenal acting coach! My ten-year old daughter has grown and learned so much through Melissa’s performing arts workshop. Melissa is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in acting techniques and the acting industry. Melissa is positive, energetic, fun and caring. She makes the classes fun for kids while simultaneously teaching. Highly recommend this workshop!

Cathy is a pleasure to work with. I came to Cathy with no singing experience. She always takes the time to answer my questions and to develop a lesson plan specific to my needs. During my time with her she has helped me to expand my vocal range and boost my confidence to perform in public. She even provided me with some CDs with vocal exercises and warmups. In 1984 I was in a bad car wreck. The resulting coma left me with a severely monotone voice for years. I worked with speech -therapists and later professional singers. I had nearly given up! I discovered David Way just before the pandemic, his education and experience were evident I was impressed with the way he evaluated my abilities and deficits. He spent time coming up with a plan. When we started working together I could only sing five notes; now I’m able to sing two octaves easily! His talent is impressive…

Nicolette was such a great instructor! She was always very knowledgeable and patient with me. I learned so much from her. The lessons were started off with warm-ups/breathing exercises. Then we would work on a song that we chose together. I would sing as she made notes on what I did and didn't do well and then we'd go over those notes. The lessons were always VERY constructive and she would always leave me with exercises to help me improve between our weekly lessons. 10/10
