I have a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Composition and a Master's Degree in Classical Guitar Performance. I have nearly 35 years of teaching experience. After studying piano for years, in my youth, I taught myself guitar and ended up the lead singer and rhythm guitar player in a local pop cover band. I loved it! and had a great time. I look forward to sharing my expertise and experience with beginning music students in a way that gets them playing the music they love as soon as possible.
