My goal as a teacher is to find the unique musical voice within each one of my students. Over the years, classical music has gained a reputation of being very strict, with little to no room for the performer’s interpretation. However, as a teacher, I work hard to establish a sense of critical thinking and inner musicality within my students, so that they can go out in the real world and be proud to share their unique musical identity with everyone.
