I have been playing the game of basketball for over 20 years and the game has taken me to places all over the world. I am a passionate coach looking to help beginners , intermediates , and advanced athletes learn what it takes to play at the next level.

I am dedicated to making all my athletes faster, stronger, more explosive, and a better all around athlete. I have been training since 1998 in the LA/SGV/OC area. I am a Vertimax certified trainer also trained and certified in CPR, Heat Exhaustion, Concussion Protocol, and strength and conditioning.
