I hired Kristelle because we were talking about something related to Spanish. I tend to make a lot of jokes about me not knowing Spanish so when she told me she's helped those who are like me, where they are in a Hispanic household but don't know it, really made me want to give it a try. Also, she works really well w/ people's budgets. She's helped me be more aware of how I say things. She's made a lot of things (such as grammar, structure, basics) more understandable/clear.
