Hello, my name is Catherine Inglese. I am the Founder of Effortless Mantra Meditation & Ayurveda. I specialize in natural stress management, healing, and longevity. My services are based on many years of training in India, the US, Bali and Australia with emphasis on meditation, breath work, and whole food nutrition. Individuals, couples, families, and businesses all thrive when the health and happiness of each person is tended to.
Services include Self Recognition Meditation-SRM™ training, vedic Asanas (yoga), breath work (pranayama), Neurofeedback, Reiki, regenerative Ozone, and Photobiomodualtion (infrared therapy). I also offer workshops in Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cooking. These are all very gentle modalities that support you on all levels of mind, body, and spirit. They are the most effective techniques I have found after decades of research and direct experience.
Meditation can be easily learned in person or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. All body work is supported through Ayurveda, the ancient wisdom of health, healing, and longevity. Workshops are offered seasonally, covering a range of topics that include basic introduction to Ayurveda, the 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), correcting digestive disorders, gentle cleansing, constipation, gut biome restoration, cancer treatment recovery, and many others. Pantry Rehabilitation visits and private consults are also available.
Stress and bad food are taking precious years off our life and degrading our quality of life. The good news is the body is always able to move toward balance, it favors wellness. And this shift can be made with surprising ease.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always start with new clients by providing a FREE Introductory Session. This is a time to talk about various techniques, discuss the client's goals, and to address any questions before moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first exposure to the Vedas was at University through courses on world religions, literature and ancient cultures. After becoming a meditator myself I began studying vedanta and ayurveda with living Masters in India and America. My Teacher training was done in the Himmalayas of India with Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati in the tradition of His Holiness Swami Brahmananda Saraswati (Guru Dev)
