About
My name is Catherine Inglese. I am the Founder of the Effortless Mantra Vedic Meditation & Ayurveda Center in Van Nuys, where I specialize in natural stress management, wellness, and peak performance techniques. My services are based on 13 years of training and practice in America and India, with emphasis on meditation, nutrition, and vedanta.
Services include Meditation training, Vedic asanas (yoga), breath work (pranayama), Neurofeedback, TRT (trauma release techniques), ACB (Access Consciouness Bars), Reiki, and Photobiomodualtion (infrared therapy). All are very gentle modalities, and the most effective techniques I have found after decades of research and direct experience.
All body work is supported through Ayurveda, the ancient wisdom of health, healing, and longevity. Workshops are offered seasonally, covering a range of topics that include basic introduction to Ayurveda, the 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), correcting digestive disorders, gentle cleansing, constipation, gut biome restoration, cancer treatment recovery, and many others. Pantry Rehabilitation visits and private consults are also available.
Stress is the plague of our time, taking precious years off our life span and degrading our quality of life. It is the #1 immune suppressant. The good news is the body is always able to move toward balance, it favors wellness. And this shift can be made with surprising ease.
Lots of Love
Catherine
Being of service, facilitating transformation is fulfilling for any health care practitioner. Working with the power of Nature's intelligence, harnessing the sophistocation of the human body is always exciting. Small changes can bring about massive shifts.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always start with new clients by providing a FREE Introductory Session. This is a time to talk about various techniques, discuss the client's goals, and to address any questions before moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first exposure to the Vedas was at University through courses on world religions, literature and ancient cultures. After becoming a meditator myself I began studying vedanta and ayurveda with living Masters in India and America. My Teacher training was done in the Himmalayas of India with Maharishi Vyasanand Saraswati in the tradition of His Holiness Swami Brahmananda Saraswati (Guru Dev)
