About
Namaste to all those seeking to regain balance and harmony in their lives.
Having trained in both the East and the West the way I work with my clients is incredibly unique. I understand the deep connection of the body, mind and spirit, realizing that you cannot truly heal one without the other.
I draw from my science background having went to school for nutrition, understanding the body on an anatomical physiological level, then use what I've gained over the years studying mindfulness, yoga and other practices in the East to help my clients get to the deeper, root cause of their suffering.
Many of my clients have come seen various different practitioners from naturopathic doctors, to therapists to specialists in the areas that they are suffering. Often times coming to me with very little hope.
Creating a path to health and healing, watching my clients begin to heal on physical and regain faith brings me more joy than anything.

For each new student I set up a clarity call where we take about 20 minutes to get clear on what their needs/desires are and if I am the best person to help them.
From there I take students on a personalized 3-6 month Vitality path journey depending on what their goals are providing them with the tools they need to achieve their desired results.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes $120/hour for basic help and advice yet I only truly work with individuals in packages of 3-6 months in order to create the time and space to achieve the results they desire
How did you get started teaching?
I've been practicing yoga and since 2008 and in 2013 I took my first yoga teacher training course. In 2014, I traveled to India to deepen my yoga and mindfulness practice and have been teaching ever since.
The yoga path quickly showed me that there was much more to health and healing than simple asana and that is when I began health and mindfulness coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students from young women of ages 19-30 trying to find their soul's calling, to clients who are 55+ dealing with serious health conditions.
Now I work primarily with men to help them deepen their connection to SELF and reconnect to their passion, purpose and calling.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently lead a group of students on a spiritual journey to India which was a life-changing event where we practiced several hours of yoga, meditation and contemplation daily, swam in the Ganges, met my spiritual teacher and celebrated being on the conscious, growth seeking path.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
When seeking a teacher, the most important thing is that you resonate with them from your heart. Teachers can have all the credentials in the world, but if you as an individual don't feel their passion, chances that their teachings will land with you are slim.
Try on many teachers until you find the one.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
