I have been teaching math for over 25 years up through PreCalculus. I am very patient and very good at helping students feel good about their math by breaking things down in ways they understand and can master.

I’ve spent years working closely with students and families in Irvine, helping them navigate different academic challenges and opportunities. My experience includes supporting students in ESL development, reading and writing, math, and test preparation. Over time, I’ve learned that every student learns differently, and real progress comes from understanding each student’s strengths, gaps, and learning style. I have been working with children in the community since 2008. I currently work as a Special Education Trainee for Los Angeles Unified School District. I am 28 units from becoming A Special Education Teacher. I have passed the CBEST and recieved a 39 out of 40 on the math. Math has always been my strong subject. I have also passed the college writing course and would be a good tutor for reading, history and English.
