Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Upon meeting my student, we develop a feel for where the game is at through assmemnt drills. From there I categorize their strengths and weaknesses. I take notes to show the progression in their game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended seminars to develop teaching techniques, as well as coached along side many instructors of different backgrounds. I am a avid learner of the game and fierce competitor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have 3 packages:
A- 150.00 for 3 lessons
B- 225.00 for 5 lessons
C- 350.00 for 8 lessons
*prices may vary*
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students. I have worked with open minded students eager to learn and apply what they learn, to stubborn students who aren't willing to apply what they learn. I also have worked with extremely athletic students, to not so agile students. Every one has had the common result of having fun, learning more about their self and becoming a better golfer with a new outlook on the sport.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Come ready to work. We will not succeed immediately, but through our work ethic we will succeed! Commit to excellence of ourselves, or don't commit to me.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Nothing. I believe in an open and honest practice. I want the student to communicate with me on ANY discomfort or confusion they might have. As well as, communicate positive feelings or thoughts.
