I wanted to share my positive experience with Lamar Brown for the past 2 weeks! IMO, Lamar is the best trainer I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. He’s extremely structured, knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, conveniently located and so much more for me to list. If you are like me and put on some unnecessary baggage during Covid or just want to live a healthier life at a fraction of what it would cost you to see a random trainer, you might want to have a consultation with him. You will be as shocked as I was. I’m currently 2 weeks in. I’ve lost weight, inches, feel great, sleeping better, eating better and not aching anymore. Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.
