I am very good at teaching students the fundamentals of the golf swing and having them significantly improve their golf skills and achieve their golf goals! My lessons teach a concept and understanding of the golf swing, including improving skills in driving, iron play and the short game -- chipping, pitching and putting. All of this will lead to better scores and more enjoyment of their golf game!
I love seeing my students make improvements in their golf swing & increase distance and accuracyl. My students attain a fundamentally sound swing. They have an understanding of their swing. I also enjoy teaching the short game -- chipping, pitching and putting which is a key to better scoring! All of this leads to greater enjoyment of the golf game!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will help you to build a fundamentally sound swing. I will help you improve all aspects of successful golf play including driving, fairway woods, iron play, short game-- chipping, pitching and putting You will be improving your scoring and will be enjoying the game even more!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced and accomplished player, and I have studied golf all my life including the great players-- Hogan, Nicklaus and Woods. l believe I have developed great winning concepts and systems for building a very effective golf swing. I have also taught many students the short game. My swing is a lot like Adam Scott and my short game is a lot like Tiger Woods. I am also a credentialed California teacher with 25 years of teaching experience.
Golf Accomplushments:
Golf Instructor -- Cypress Recreation & Park District.
Assistant Golf Coach Norco High School. Won the faculty Norco High School tournament coming in first place including the golf coach, all coaches and all fellow teachers.
Played many times in the Long Beach City Championships. Championship A flight. I played against the best players in Southern California. I've played against future PGA players and tied or beat them in competition.
Winner City of Buena Park Chamber of Commerce tournament at Los Coyotes Countfy Club. Low score of 125 + golfers and I won Long Drive of the Day.
Played on the West Coast Amateur Tour. In championship tournamwnts throughout Southern California.
Served on the Executive Committee for the Long Beach Queen Mary Open.

I charge $60 for an hour lesson or $55 if you are local in the Inland Empire. I will teach you all aspects of the game including driving fairway woods, great iron play and how to have a great short game. I will help you build a strong, repeatable golf swing.
