I LOVE to cook! And I enjoy teaching others how to cook because I believe that food brings people together. I want to share my 19 years of experience with my students and to teach them how to cook easily & effortlessly. I take the intimidation factor out of the cooking process and make it super simple that anyone can cook like a pro. My goal is to be able to leave the student with the right tools for success in their home kitchen, hone their knife skills, be able to read a recipe book, and most importantly for the student to be able to understand the fundimentals of cooking and being able to create their own dishes.

First and foremost is always knife skills to keep both hands safe. Safety is priority in the kitchen. Then finding out what the student wants and needs to be successful and then help achieving that goal. What style of cooking, what flavors they want to achieve and anything else that they want to learn.

1 Person - $90/hr. Each additional hour - $15/hr
2-5 people - $75/person for 2 hrs. Each additional hour - $15/hr
6-10 people - $70/person for 2 hrs. Each additional hour - $15/hr
10+ people - $60/person for 2 hrs. Each additional hour - $10/hr
Each party is responsible for purchase of their own ingredients.

It was a date night for a couple on Valentines Day. It was a lot of fun, and they got to learn and cook the foods that they love together and then were able to share that meal with each other in the private comfort of their own home. They were very happy it was a perfect event for them.
