I am 5 handicap and looking to slowly grow my teaching practice! I give 30 min / 1 hour lessons as I promote working on 1 or 2 simple swing thoughts and encourage you to practice after the lesson. I can meet with you at Westchester Driving Range.
Golf is the best sport there is. It challenges both the mind and body. I enjoy the constant strive to improve and that even the best players in the world can always get better. Golf can be both frustrating and thrilling all in the same moment. It grabs you instantly with that first perfect shot and keep you hooked for life. I love watching others grow in the game and get better with every swing. The goal with golf is not perfection but rather to manage and minimize your miss hits, just as in life. I aim to share to positive values I have learned over the year with every student and see them develope into a consistant player that loves the game as much as I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New student? Welcome and get ready to play better golf! First, depending on experience I will begin with analyzing your current full swing. We will then evaluate an action plan ranging from the basics to more advanced movements and concepts. Every lesson we aim to focus on 1 to 2 swing thoughts to again...keep things simple while improving. The goal will be to leave every lesson with homework and add immediate value to your golf game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 year golf experience and working towards PGA Profession Teaching License. Play to a single digit handicap and have instructed family and friends for years. Constant student of the game. Adding experience with single plane and single length clubs. Familiar with club fitting, mental game (course management), fitness and nutrition to encompass all aspects of the game. But always keeping it simple!
