Pursuring 200 hour yoga teacher training.

I am passionate about teaching beginners and intermediate riders on the importance of biomechanics of the rider. I do this is a fun and constructive way so that the rider find alignment and harmony when riding a horse.
Equine therapy is very transformative and helpful for anyone who is looking to better themselves. It is wonderful seeing the progress people make in the present of horses.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
An intro lesson consists of starting at the walk to see the comfort level of the rider. Then progressing to a trot depending on the balance of the rider. I go along with the individuals comfort level to decide what is safe. Alignment of the body with be addressed in the first lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 year experience in teaching horseback riding. 25 years of riding and horsemanship.
