About
Throughout my 25+ years in the Golf industry, I’ve seen many changes in the approach and tools different instructors use to teach their students. Technology has been a huge component many instructors think is the Holy Grail, and I think rely to heavily on it during their lessons. Students need to FEEL(not watch someone else, or be hooked up to some contraption that is supposed to put your body in the correct positions during the golf swing, instead of letting the brain teach the body with new information your learning) how their bodies are positioned at key points throughout the swing, so they can start ingraining that muscle memory, which is the key component in creating a sound, repeatable swing. I do provide Video Swing Analysis so we can examine your swing at different points throughout the time we are together. This provides me the opportunity to show my students their complete swing and the ability to pin point different spots during the swing we need to change. When my students get to see their swing improvements on a screen, it really boosts their confidence and drive to keep working hard and practice the skills I teach them!!
I love the feeling I get when Im a part of someone achieving a life long goal or a recent challenge to learn/improve this crazy game we call GOLF!! I think golf is a wonderful game that can help and improve your physical fitness from all the walking and movement, and can improve your mental health as well from being outside in nature and being around like minded people you enjoy being with.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student provides a unique and different approach to the game, so I tailor my approach to compliment their preferred teaching method!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Assistant Golf Pro at Riverlakes Ranch down in Bakersfield, CA and have started my own business/foundation where I teach disabled vets the game of golf for rehabilitation purposes through my foundation. I also teach civilians the game to help them reach their goals and milestones!!

4 Lessons = $250.00
6 Lessons = $375.00
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I see it all to often, people looking for a Golf Instructor automaticlly think that the more you pay, the better the instructor is. Well I can say I have had students come to me after spending a small fortune with some high priced Instructor, and I look at thier swing, hear what the other instructor has told them, and I just shake my head. And on top of that, some have contracts with club manufactuars and talk their students into buying clubs from that maker that dont fit or are not the right clubs for them, all so that instructor can make some kick back from the club maker. With me you get 100% truth and I always do what is best for my students. My current and former students are my best billboards and will always say I was Honest and did what was in their best intrest.
