I am a Vertimax certified trainer also trained and certified in CPR, Heat Exhaustion, Concussion Protocol, and strength and conditioning. I am a very hands on trainer/coach. I do not just tell my players what to do but show them and usually do the drills and workouts with them as well. I show them when and where to use certain moves and also explain why, so they players basketball iq also increases. I have been playing basketball since a child. I played varsity basketball for four years at Granda Hills Charter High School. I was an All American my jr season (2017-18) at ULA after transferring from Cal State Northridge.
