I offer specific exercise training based on the sport, a nutrition/diet plan, massage therapy, a recovery routine, and 24/7 availablilty for questions. Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

We will warm up, strech, core training, balance and strength. Work on footwork drills. Quickness and explosive drills. Train with the Vertimax and Raptor. I have been training athletes for 10+ years.
