The Jeremy Okawa Golf Academy will provide personalized instruction for each student. Our goal is to help you understand your game fully, while taking your individual strengths and making you a better golfer. During your classes you will learn all aspects of the golf game. We can help you take your game to the next level.
Also uses coaches eye app for video analysis in a high tech indoor screen golf facility.
Teaches anyone from the tour professional to beginner. Many of the Juniors have gone on to college golf and won nationallly known tournaments.
Jeremy Okawa has been teaching golf since 2001. During his time he has had the opportunity to work with numerous celebrities, touring pro's, Prep stars, and even beginners. The main reason he got into the business was because he wanted to give back to a sport that he started since he was 3. He enjoys the aspect of seeing all of his students improve. Hearing all the success stories from students is what keeps his drive to help people improve their golf games

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I basically work with the students ability and strengths. I do not teach one swing, but teach a swing that works for that specific individual.

How did you get started teaching?
I grew up playing the game at the age of 3. Played tournaments all my life and wanted to give back to the game that has given me so much. Its just part of my life

PGA professional, College players, Prep stars, beginners, seniors, women, and juniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
NCAA DIV finals 2016 my students college won and 2017 they finished in second Go ducks. Also a student won the southern cailiforna CIF championship and finished second at the state finals
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel comfortable with them and that you beileve in what they are trying to teach you. They may be a great instuctor, but if you arent comfortable with them, you will never improve
