I am a committed and dedicated LPGA Professional with a deep and genuine love and passion for the game of golf that is infectious. I work together with each student to create a unique "improvement blueprint" based on their individual needs and goals. This highly individualized method facilitates rapid skill acquisition and the development of inner confidence ensuring a more enjoyable golfing experience. My playing career as a mini-tour professional combined with my international life experiences allows me to work with players from all abilities and walks of life. All students receive a personalized online locker to upload their lessons, video and audio notes, and any swing videos from outside of class they would like evaluated by me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I generally like to sit down and discuss with each student where they are in their golf game and where they would like to go.
I use video in the beginning of the lesson so we can both be on the same page and develop together an individualized "improvment plan".
Each student will receive a video and audio of our lesson together so they can refer back to it after the lesson.

How did you get started teaching?
As a touring professional we were required to teach a few clinics a year at event sites. After I got my feet wet and taught a few clinics I found I really enjoyed it so I took a part-time job at a golf course which turned into a full time job, then to a Director of Instruction and eventually a General Manager. Teaching is a passion for me. I love meeting people from all walks of life with a shared passion for the game of golf.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have and continue to work with students of all levels from Tour Professionals to 5 year olds and everything in between. I love the challenges presented by each individual I meet.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was recently at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. I love going to this event for a number of reasons. First, it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Second, I love the history of the event. But probably the most important part is the STEM Zone that is set-up for the kids, focusing on the physics and science behind golf. Definitely a cool way to present science and math that captures the imagination.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Remember you are about to embark on a journey. One that will be rewarding but at times may be challenging. Be sure to choose a teacher that you can communicate and connect with. You are going to spend a lot of time with this person-you want to be sure you can ask any question without feeling stupid. You want someone that has a true understanding of the swing and the game who is willing to listen to you and help you put an improvement plan in place that fits your learning style, commitment and budget.
