About
“If a game is worth playing at all, it’s worth making some effort to play it correctly.”
-Bobby Jones
In keeping with the philosophy of Bobby Jones, the first person to capture all of golf’s major championships as an amateur, I believe that dedication and proper technique are essential for success in any endeavor. I feel lucky to have learned to play golf at a young age and I felt like I was really good. It wasn’t till I started playing competitivley that I found that simply participating was not enough; one must strive to master the fundamentals and execute them correctly to fully appreciate and excel at the game. Over the years I have dedicated tens of thousands of hours to the practice & implementation of the mechanics of the golf swing which have granted me unique insights into the mental and technical aspects of playing well. I encourage a mindset of commitment and continuous improvement for myself and my students alike, regardless of one’s skill level.
