About
With my 20 years of experience as a PGA Professional, I recently joined the OC Launch Pad in Irvine to bring a Simulated Swing Analysis system to my golf instruction. Along with my golf instruction, the student can also take advantage of the OC Launch Pad by training with the expert strength and physical therapists that can also improve your golf game by improving your health and strength - essential to hitting a longer drive!
When we work on your putting and short game, we will go to Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine.
I also take my instruction "on the road"! I can bring the driving range to you! Using my Flightscope Tour Xi launch monitor my mobile driving range can come to you at your home or work location.
I love bringing more people to the game of golf and helping them improve and enjoy this great game!!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process of working with a new student is to access his or her physical level and skill level and give them the best instruction that will work best for their individual swing. I'm not here to make them Tiger Wood's but to help them enjoy playing the game and if that means playing it at an advanced level, so be it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently relocated to Southern California from Chicago where I was a PGA Professional for 20 years. I look forward to continuing my career here in So Cal. In my career I have had the pleasure of teaching all skill levels of players, boys and girls, men and women. My goal is to continue to grow the game by bringing as many new golfers to the game as possible, and making it fun for all of them!
How did you get started teaching?
As I became passionate about the game 30 years ago and decided to become a PGA Professional, my enjoyment in the game obviously beside playing it, was to watch my students enjoy it as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all skill levels and all ages of students - women, men and juniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Besides my private lessons, I also go directly into corporations and offer their employees another unique and fun wellness program. I give golf clinics to help grow the game and at the same time, getting corporation employees a little exercise.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
As a golf instructor, my first question is always whether my student has ANY physical limitations that I should know about so that I can plan an instruction program for that student that takes any physical limitations into account.
