Country Trails & Riding School
About
At Country Trails, we offer English and Western lessons for beginner to intermediate riders on our seasoned herd of school horses. Students will learn to ride and care for their mount in a non-competitive, community atmosphere. We are not a high-pressure show barn. Our aim is that every student improves at his or her own individual pace, and that together, we all can gain greater respect and appreciation for our horses.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students start out with a 30 minute private (one on one) introductory class with the instructor. This is an evaluation lesson in order to insure that the program is a good fit for both the instructor as well as the student.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our ongoing lesson program is a set rate of $240.00 per month (which equals out to 4-5 lessons per month). These riders ride once a week on the same day and time each week. If you choose to purchase a package or take a lesson individually, the cost is $60.00 per lesson.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Check out our overview of our lesson program at www.CTriding.com. Once you have read this over see if you have any further questions. If you're not sure if you're ready to commit, we always recommend trying one of our trail rides first. We offer 1 & 2 hour, guided horse back rides for $55 per rider per hour.
