Established in 2011, Reins in Motion Foundation is a volunteer-based therapeutic riding program situated in Livermore, California, and its surrounding areas. This foundation was born out of a need for such programs for both children and adults with disabilities. The organization also offers a special weekly 2-hour program, Reins for Heroes, designed specifically for local veterans.
