We offer over 100 classes a week with a huge variety. Our group fitness classes include cycling, trampoline, TRX, strength classes and more. We also have a wide variety of pilates classes including pilates on the reformer, chair, mat and jumpboard. In addition, we offer private and small group training. All of our instructors are highly qualified with the highest levels of certification.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New clients can take a few different paths with us. Some new clients choose our 2 week trial for only $59. During those two weeks we invite clients to take as many classes as they would like to get a feel for our studio and instructors.
Many clients with specific goals or injuries are better suited in our personal training program.
We encourage everyone to start with our complimentary FitDesk appointment with one of our certified trainers to help tailor their path at the studio.
