Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

Most football trainers look to work with db's and receivers but being a former All San Gabriel Valley 1st Team Middle Linebacker I focus on linebacker fundamentals but I can coach db's as I am a defensive coordinator.
