What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I prefer to speak with a student or their parent on the phone to gain a better understanding of their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of professional experience in education as a teacher’s assistant and a teacher. I was a teacher for 12 years.

My hourly rate is around $40-50 an hour depending on the assignment.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in 2004.

I have worked with K-12 students as a teacher’s assistant and a teacher. I have tutored K-12 students, adults, and college students as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had about 10 different clients I acquired as a tutor this year and was making very good money for several months.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know what you specifically want. You should be able to specifically explain the goal you want to achieve from your tutor.
