About

I'm a third generation golfer instructor with an unbridled passion for the game. I specialize in beginner to intermediate players who may have never swung a golf club before. I use simple techniques to teach the muscle memory needed to make a fundamentally strong golf swing. I've coached several daughters through high school golf so I undersstand the female golf swing and can work well ladies who need to build more confidence on the golf course. Excellent short-game and putting instructor as well specializing in chipping and bunker play.

I love to watch abilities grow and players change as well as continue to grow the game of golf by creating excitement in skills development for new players.

I am a third generation golf instructor that has grown up on golf courses playing and enjoying the game since the age of two.

I have worked with all kinds of students from middle school age to seniors. Business professionals to stay-at-home parents. I specialize in the 30 minute "tune up" for intermediate players stuck between playing levels.

I had a high school player go from barely making the JV golf team as a freshman to getting a golf scholarship to college as a senior. I have fond memories of late evening "emergency" lessons to help get ready for the next match and spending countless hours watching putt after putt after putt.

Build a relationship with your instructor and communicate exactly what you want and what you expect from them. Ask them to find different tools or techniques if your stuck on a concept or swing mechanics.

How much golf am I going to play?

What level do I seriously expect to achieve?

How soon do I expect to achieve that level?

How much am I willing to practice?

How many lessons do I think I need?

What day or days per week do I want to take lessons?
