Geno Ramsey is a results-driven football coach with over two decades of progressive experience across high school, junior college, and NCAA Division I FBS programs. A proven leader in player development, recruiting strategy, and game planning, Geno currently serves as the Wide Receivers Coach and Pass Game Coordinator at Riverside City College, where he plays a pivotal role in driving offensive performance and mentoring student-athletes toward athletic and academic success.
Throughout his career, Geno has demonstrated the ability to build competitive, disciplined teams by combining detailed instruction with a high-energy, player-first coaching style. His extensive background includes roles such as Director of Recruiting at the University of New Mexico and Associate Head Coach at Mount San Jacinto College, where he also led strength and conditioning programs, academic oversight, and full-cycle recruiting operations.
Geno’s expertise in NCAA compliance, film analysis, player evaluation, and leadership development has helped hundreds of student-athletes secure scholarship opportunities and reach the next level. He holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Post University, blending his coaching acumen with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
