I currently coach youth football and have over ten years of experience coaching youth basketball, including two years at the high school level where I served as head coach for one season. I specialize in strength, conditioning, and agility development for athletes from beginners to advanced competitors. I also promote track training for football players and any athlete looking to build real speed, explosiveness, and all around athleticism.

I started in youth as a competitive swimmer, but my love for all sports lead me to become profiecient in several sports including surfing, bodysurfing, football, baseball, basketball, and running. I was a head baseball coach at the collegiate level, as well as coaching in Sweden, Australia, Mexico, and Japan.
