Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

Jamie is an awesome trainer, extremely knowledgeable in all areas of exercise and nutrition and he really cares about his clients. I see him 5 x weekly and am in the best shape of my life. I’m in my forties and have four children, starting out I had multiple challenges such as back and pelvic injuries but Jamie was completely confident in working around them and has actually gotten me to a point where I am now so strong that I no longer even have those issues. I can not recommend Jamie highly enough, he will push you to your limit because he really cares and wants you to be your best. He is awesome!.
