I have being working as a personal trainer for 15 years.
I have Master degree in Physical training as well as a lot of certifications.
I call myself master personal trainer not because it sounds good for marketing but because I help people to build better version of themselves with injury free and mind set for victory no matter what fitness goal they have.
I’m an athlete myself, I’ve been participating in so many sport ENDURANCE events I can’t even remember the number. Like: running races, spartan race etc.. I have got a lot of victories a long the way and first places overall. That means I know how physically and mentally challenging preparation for competition . I will help you to go through this tough way as a sport specific coach.
My passion in the field of my career is orthopedic and injury specialty. I really like help people to recover from injury and maintain health, strength and conditioning after full recovery.
I enjoy to work with people who would like to loose weight, gain strength and improve conditioning.
I enjoy to see people progress and achieve they goals and I feel like I contributed to they happiness about that.
