Welcome! My name is Joshua Stephen. In 2016 I was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies out of Mater Dei High School. The last 6 years I played in the Phillies minor league system making it to triple A. I offer private outfield instruction to players wanting to take their game to the next level.

We are San Diego's one-stop-shop for baseball development. We offer one-on-one hitting and pitching lessons for 6–12-year-old athletes, and complete development training (hitting/pitching lessons and strength training) services for 12 and older. We also offer catching lessons to all age groups. We believe athletes truly get better with consistent, long-term training. Our memberships include pitching and hitting skill development in conjunction with strength training.
