Barre Element, founded in 2013 and located in La Verne, California, is a women-owned boutique fitness studio offering a variety of low-impact group fitness classes. Specializing in Barre, the studio combines elements of Pilates, Ballet, and Cardio to sculpt lean muscles and improve cardiovascular health. Additional classes include Barre Boxing, Circuit Pilates, Yoga Fusion, and Cardio Dance.
