Michael is an outstanding youth baseball trainer who combines deep knowledge of the game with patience, positivity, and a true gift for teaching kids. He breaks down skills in a way that young athletes can understand and immediately put into practice, while also keeping practices fun and encouraging. If you’re looking for someone who will not only develop your child as a player but also as a person, I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. He’s the kind of coach who makes kids love the game even more!

LOVED AMBER! For the first time in my life, I was challenged, but never uncomfortable. She was patient with me, compassionate and very understanding with my health needs (I had a previous spondylolysis at L5, so I had a lot of pain and stiffness). Amber was fair and no nonsense, yet had a mature and kind demeanor. She was never, ever condescending or arrogant towards me, or made me feel inadequate for who I was, or what I looked like. She put me on a nutrition plan that was compatible with my lifestyle and was easy to follow. She checked in with me via text, was immensely encouraging to me, and even helped my daughter with her workout needs in addition to mine. Amber was organized and very orderly, and we never had the same workout/exercise routine. She increased my strength, confidence, and health. I will forever be grateful to her.
