Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

Jason introduced my son to baseball. He was 5 years old, very active, without any knowledge of the game. Coach Jason was willing to take him on regardless. He had never worked with a child younger than 6 and he revised his strategies constantly to find a way to break things down for my son. He keeps the practice moving the full hour incorporating all skills. His patience is like nothing I have ever seen. Everyday I thought he would tell me my son was too young for an hour lesson, except he would just smile and say, “I think he’s having fun.” I have observed him in sessions with other players and his care for them is genuine. He follows up with them from week to week and the kids can tell he cares. This has been a great experience and I would give Coach Jason the highest recommendation.

LOVED AMBER! For the first time in my life, I was challenged, but never uncomfortable. She was patient with me, compassionate and very understanding with my health needs (I had a previous spondylolysis at L5, so I had a lot of pain and stiffness). Amber was fair and no nonsense, yet had a mature and kind demeanor. She was never, ever condescending or arrogant towards me, or made me feel inadequate for who I was, or what I looked like. She put me on a nutrition plan that was compatible with my lifestyle and was easy to follow. She checked in with me via text, was immensely encouraging to me, and even helped my daughter with her workout needs in addition to mine. Amber was organized and very orderly, and we never had the same workout/exercise routine. She increased my strength, confidence, and health. I will forever be grateful to her.
