Golf Fitness Solutions is designed to help golfers achieve the physical goals necessary for great golf. We use corrective and golf specific personal training to help improve your golf game, increase distance and make your game more consistent. Our clients usually add between 5-15 yards in their first 2 months of training with us.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer 3 different types of programs
1. In person individual training - This process starts off with a consultation session where we perform an individual golf fitness screen to determine the best course of action. Our normal approach is to setup a plan where you would work one on one with us 1,2 or 3 times a week and a combination of 1,2 or 3 times a week on your own with a guided workout provided by us.
2. In person group training - We use the same process as our individual training at the start, but you'll be training with 1-4 other golfers in a group setting 2 to 3 times per week.
3. Online Individual Training - This process starts off with an online or inperson consultation session where we perform an individual golf fitness screen to determine the best course of action. Depending on your needs and goals, we will either do training online via Skype or a workout program will be designed for you on a monthly basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently certified by the American Council on Exercise as Personal Trainer. I have both my Level 1 and Level 2 fitness certifications through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute).
I'm currently pursuing my corrective exercise certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine. An additional Golf Fitness Certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine. As well as a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification through the American Council on Exercise.

Group Training Sessions are $60 per session
Online Personal Training:

Exercise Programing is $199 per month
How did you get started teaching?
I've been a golfer for over 30 years and very active my entire life. One day the idea to combine the two came together and drastically improved my golf game. The improvements were to great not to share with others. Now, I get to spend my days helping people, move better, play better and feel better.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've trained anyone from college athletes trying to get to the top of their game, Tour Pro's trying to gain an advantage, 75 year olds trying to add 10 yards and 60 year olds that want to play into their 90's. Regardless of your skill level and age we can help improve your game and your life.
