Whispering Oak Stables (WOStables.com) is owned by Debra Hardman. Debra has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development. She has been married to her husband Pat for 40 plus years. They have 5 children and 20 grandchildren (and counting).Debra is a riding instructor and trains students to ride & compete in equestrian shows. Her ponies and horses are well trained and seek to please. The property is well maintained and surrounded by miles of trails.

I love horses and people. It's rewarding to put the two together.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Students will learn to saddle and groom, mount and ride, and unsaddle each lesson. Students will learn to communicate with their mount and learn the equine discipline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I love and follow the teaching methodology of Clinton Anderson in relation to horses. I also have a degree in Human Development from Azusa Pacific University which augments my interpersonal skills with people.
