What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically a client will fill out 2 questionaires upon scheduling: 1. VIA Character Assessment 2. Precision Nutrition Deep Health Questionaire 3. And a 3 mo., 6 mo., 1 year goal SMART Goal Sheet. When we connect the first time, I will already have a picture of where you would like to go in mind and we can work together to identify what roadblocks are getting in your way.
