I give a holistic approach to training, keeping the athlete engaged mentally and physically. Each training program is regimented and catered towards the athlete's personal level of expertise. My job is to push that athlete beyond his/her comfort zone and make them into the confident champions we all strive to become.
I love being able to give back to my community and helping those fulfill their passions in athletics. I grew up being an athlete and I wouldn't have gotten nearly as far if it wasn't for a little guidance and help. I wish to provide that for the next up and coming athletes.
After only 2 sessions so far, I see how dedicated he is to his craft. He sees my sons weaknesses and strengths knows where he can improve and how he is going to make him better. He is consistent and pushes him. So glad I found him!!!!!
Terry TNT Thomas is super knowledgeable and a blast to work with. I’d recommend him as a coach/ trainer to anybody I know.
The best part about working with coach Thomas is that he sees where’s your weak at and comes in on his off days to motivate us,to workout with us
I love how he is so persistent with every workout and focusing on building muscle & explosiveness through every workout! He’s encouraging but also doesn’t let you slack off. Definitely recommend.
I evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, see where the athlete overcompensates for past injuries, and work on counter measures to strengthen areas of concern an athlete needs to be the best he can be at his level of competition.
I was a SportNetwork All-American and National Champion Linebacker from Villanova University. I was an undrafted free-agent by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011 and an all PIFL Linebacker in the Arena 2 league. Since 2011 I've trained athletes from ages 6-30 years old ranging from strength, conditioning, and sport-specific training.
I price by the hour.
When I was cut from the Eagles a high school coach following my career asked me to help him train and coach his kids in the upcoming season. From that moment on I fell in love with being able to give my knowledge to the next athlete.
I've worked with students ranging from 6-30+ at any and all athletic levels.
Make sure the teacher has your best interest at heart, and not looking to pad his pockets. I genuinely want to see each of my students succeed in their sport and in life.
What are they looking to accomplish, big picture? What have they done to this point to accomplish their goal(s)? What's missing?
