Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would rather tweak not rebuild a swing, although if the desire and committment is there, I would do a rebuild, I can usually see a swing fault in the first 5 minutes. Then work at that one or two things and not have to overhaul the whole swing.
With new students it all about fundementals, set-up and routine I usally recommend 10 lessons package which at the end I am confident you will have the tools to sucessfully play and have fun.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Golf Pro for over 40 years, former PGA. I have a Golf Shop called MoreBirdies Golf Shop in Land Park Sacramento.
I have taught at many golf courses in this area. I decided to go on my own in 2006 and I am having a great time doing what I love.
I like to work on the basics and then on to how to contact and control the golf ball.
In a typical case a 15 handicapper is 6 strokes from single digits
6 strokes is a couple of doubles, 2 or 3- 3 putts and most importantly that longest 6- inches in golf, between your ears! Yes I believe a 15 handicapper can be a single digit when we eliminate those items.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I teach at my NEWLY remodeled studio with the state of the art Sky Trak Golf and EXPutt Simulators I have all the electronics, swing speed , ball flight, spin rate, smash factor, equipment we need to put your swing in tune.
I am available 6 days a week to fit your schedule. I keep my students to a very manageable level, so I am able to focus on you 120%

You may find cheaper lessons but, you won't find a more qualified instructor. If you allow me to help you correct those bad habits and costly mistakes, we can shave 5 to 10 strokes off your handicap. If you want to get better, "Learn from the Best"
I look forward to working with you, Let's get started!
