About
We are a personal training studio, offering private and small group training. We offer 1-on-1 training, duet sessions and small group, with no more than 4 people per group. We specialize in core-based fitness training, pilates, as well as traditional strength training. We use Yoga as compliment to our other workouts and include it in your training program when appropriate. Book a session and experience TRX, kettlebell traininig, STOTT pilates reformers, the RMT club (rotational movement trainer), as well as med balls and other traditional fitness equipment.
We have a boutique fitness studio with a user-friendly, non-competitive atmoshere. We take pride in offering our clients services that are relevant to their fitness/health goals and easily integrate in to their current lifestyle.
Laurie Dakin, the owner and her team are passionate about health and fitness, and genuinely like sharing that with others. We're here to motivate, inspire and maybe even make you laugh while you're working out. We also enjoy building a sense of community with our clientele, and creating supportive atmoshpere for everyone!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new clients, we do an intake interview to learn client goals, any special considerations, and strategize how to achieve those goals. If you choose private training we set a regular schedule. If you're joining one our groups, we set a date for you to join the group and make sure you're prepared to start.
